Cancellation Policy
- Airline Policies Apply: All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline from which your ticket is purchased. Our role is to assist you with the process based on the airline’s rules.
- Cancellation Window: Most airlines allow cancellations within 24 hours of booking without penalty. After this window, cancellation charges may apply.
- Service Fees: In addition to airline charges, a service fee may apply when processing cancellations through our platform.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your booking directly through the airline’s process. Alternatively, you may also make cancellations through our customer support helpline if you need quick and instant solutions.
- Flexible Options: Some airlines may offer "flexible" or "zero cancellation" options at the time of booking for an additional cost. If purchased, these benefits will apply as per the airline’s rules.
Refund Policy
- Refund Approval: Refunds are always subject to the airline’s policies. Our platform cannot guarantee refunds unless explicitly authorized by the airline.
- Time Frame: Refunds are generally processed within 7–21 business days, depending on the airline and payment provider.

Refund Method:
- Payments via credit/debit card or net banking will be refunded to the same account.
- Payments made by alternative methods (e.g., cheque, wallet, or voucher) will be refunded in the same form.

Non-Refundable Cases:
- Bookings canceled after the 24-hour risk-free period may not be eligible to get a refund.
- "No-show" passengers (failure to board without prior cancellation) are typically not eligible for a refund.
